Spinning @ Market Street on a Thursday

Hi :D Did anyone miss us! Sorry for the lack of updates hahaha. Not updating here doesn't mean we didn't train! We've still been training, just that we got a little too busy. Mini updates in point form before I start telling you about our spinning session.

  • First trial of 2014 happened on 2nd Feb, on the 3rd day of CNY. We did alright but not good enough. Might do a comparison update when the 2nd trial is over. Happening on the 1st of March! Stay tuned!
  • Mini team reunion steamboat dinner at Wj's house (: Was a cosy affair but Josmin didn't manage to attend as she had another event elsewhere.
So anyway, both of us fell sick during the CNY period so we laid off the extra training for abit so we could recover. As they say, rest is training too!

So here's us, after 2 weeks plus plus, FINALLY REUNITED :D

On the way to Spin class at Market Street.

#overlyexcited girl hahaha so happy to finally get onto our bike.

Lighting was bad so I resorted to a selfie hahaha (this was before class)

Before and after showering.

So anyway, 2 weeks of not attending spinning class kinda left me breathless hahaha my whole lower body was on fire, my quads, hammies and even my glutes and calves. Goodness me D: I better get back on track haha. Found out also that Jos and I are attuned to a different kind instructor and yesterday's instructor was a little too cutesy for us. Sure, she did try her best to be motivating and I am very sure she's very very nice and gentle in real life that's why she couldn't bear to shout at us :/ Might not go back for that class again unless I really don't have a choice, shall stick to Wed's 1230 class at ORQ, my usual. Oh and,
  • Josmin has left her previous company by the way so we would gym together at FF less often from now.
It's going to be a little weird gyming all by myself in the upcoming months but it's not like the end of the world. I will still see Josmin almost daily, just that lunch time is going to be boring without her. She's like my other half, the best partner I can ever ask for. The past 7 months were great with her around. Now that she's moved onto greener pastures, I know I can survive. I will get stronger, I will still keep training cause I know she will too (:
