Throwback Thursday... to 2 days back :>

Just cleared my statics/bodyweight programme quota for the day, exercises such as 
- pull up/chin ups
- push up 
- hanging leg raise  

Will do a picture update on those when pam & i heads to the gym to complete it :DD 

Meantime... here are some pictures from Tuesday morning gym ! 
Chest pullover with dumbbells, i missed the first station (benchpress) cause i was late ... not really a punctual person so when she said to meet at 7am, i kind of only reached Raffles MRT at 7.20am or something ... If i'm not mistaken, Pam is working with a 12kg for this. 
Front raises (missed the third station - benchpull with dumbbells because i was clearing pullups elsewhere). 
Working with a 6kg currently. 
1 Stand straight with the dumbbells by your side 
2 Stand up straight, chest up, shoulders pull back 
3 I say pull back uh ... 
4 Okay, now bent your knees exactly like mine 
5 Bend. No, back straight and bend 
6 Let me give you a hand... 

Rear raises after that, working with a 4kg currently.
And the new girl is Pam's colleague who joined Fitness First just last December. 
Pam manage to convince her to utilise her membership by starting with some light weight training with us, 
and by the look of it, she is doing extremely well ! 
Never touched weights before but her form and posture is pretty good - 
good student & good 'instructor' i guess ... Even though the instructor was pretty pushy & loud *inserts the laughing with tears emoji*

Street view from Fitness First @ ORQ - pretty nice considering its only the 8th or 9th storey i can't seem to remember though i head there everyday ... hmm (okay just googled, it's 8th floor). The DBS race site has breathtaking view of the Marina Bay Sands area - will post it sometime when i get the chance to steal a picture - maybe when i use the treadmill (hate it) or the spinning machine outside class. 

This was taken after our star jumps to end off the programme ... oh and some core exercises like sit ups/ push ups/ v-ups. Will post pictures of it soon :)  Happy smiles after a good morning workout. 'Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what to do' 

Food prep for Wednesday lunch & dinner, packed a portion for the baobei as well :) 

Grocery shopping after training ended early on Tuesday night,
just manage to slip into Cold storage at 930pm and bought some stuff before it closes. 
1 2 types of bread, one for myself and the other for my family because they hate wholemeal :( 
2 just some tuna, favourite peanut butter brand (even though it isnt the best buy), chicken 
3 brown rice crackers - salad toppings
4 cheese - who doesn't love cheese ?! 
5 conveniently packed salads - washed & ready to be eaten 
6 drinks in convenient packs so i can bring them out and mix it with my protein 

GOT TO SHARE THIS ! 
Disclaimer: I know my weight will fluctuate so it's between the range of 59-60kg now. I was around 55-58kg during my TPDB days and after i trained with the team, my weight increased till 60-62kg. Haven't seen a 5 in my weight for awhile so i was extremely excited when i stepped on the scale and found that i have lost excess weight (oh and i was 64kg right after i returned from Bangkok last December - after not training for 1.5weeks and eating all day and night). Okay, hype's over. Nonetheless i still know that ultimately, the scale doesn't matter and the weight doesn't matter - i would rather be heavier & stronger than light & weak - of course being lean & strong is a plus point and am hoping to work towards that this year ;) 

Spinning with the teamies during lunchtime on Wednesday, RPM ~ 
I think every leg/glutes muscle were burning throughout the session as it was still aching from previous days of exercises like squats & weighted lunges ...

Shall end off the post with today's meal prep :> 
Had tuna with salad & cheese and egg sandwhiches. 
Baobei bought the sugar bread from Delifrance for me :D 
Apparently my colleague loves them too ! Haha, a hot favourite i must say.
