Statics sunday & monday - new week new routines
Hello everyoneeeeeee, yes, pam & i haven't been training together for awhile (the reason i say this is because we always see each other more than once on a daily basis so not meeting her for a few days does seem like forever, miss you gym buddyyyyy). Anyways, did statics on sunday & monday for myself. - pullups - pushups - isometric pullups - isometric pushups - hanging leg raises ![]() ![]()
Also dragged my fat self up for a short run this morning,
approximately 5km given the timing of 30minutes,
did a route from my place to punggol waterway (only the park connector to hougang) and turned back,
so yes, got to find a time to go for a long run,
my whole body felt like an elephant today and the stride just didn't come in,
but some practice is better than none so yes,
will keep trying to improve my runs - even though i am on #teamnocardio

For those of you wondering why do i keep calling myself fat,
this is the reason why - i have heavy bottoms.
Maybe it's genetics but i never seemed to have slim legs since young,
and i started running way back in secondary school days,
so maybe the calve muscles just starts to grow :>
Hopefully with more discipline and cardio,
i would be able to achieve an overall leaner body this year.
Close to 2 weeks down, 50 more weeks to go

Shared this on my facebook page and thought i'll share a simple meal idea with you guys.
Had this for brunch today because i was finishing what i have in the fridge so that i can replenish them for the coming week's food prep
1 Organic brown rice crackers (perfect substitution for my favourite wang wang which is really salty yet tasty but probably unhealthy so i shouldnt eat too much of those)
2 My salad dressing - balsamic vinaigrette
3 Salad & 2 hard boiled eggs
4 Ham & cheese bread flown in from Taiwan :DDDD
A really simple yet filling meal, of course for someone who isn't so hungry or has a smaller appetite.
I don't think this diet will work for guys, maybe more for the girls :)
Okay, that's all from me today.
Will update on gym again this coming week,
hopefully Pam & i will be able to share more gym tips & what not,
till the next time,
STAY FIT & STAY HEALTHY ;)
